a popular dining destination or the movers and shakers of Wall Street.
With the addition of critically acclaimed Chef Stan Duskiewicz III,
who gained recognition as a chef at Cipriani Wall Street, Cipriani
Downtown and Donald Trump Organization. In addition, Chef Duskiewicz
has practiced in multiple locations in France and Tunisia.
Chef Duskiewicz graduated from
both The New York Restaurant School as well as NY Institute for
professional Wine Studies. He has been working at some of the finest
restaurants in New York City for over 18 years. NY Times article
about Corporate Dining quoted him as “having the best food
on Wall Street”.
A MASTER OF BOTH French and
New American cooking, Chef Stan Duskiewicz came to Bull Run with
a well-earned culinary reputation, and the respect of his peers
who view him as a pioneer of today’s internationally recognized
New York restaurant scene.
Billed as a Restaurant and Conference
Center, Bull Run is open Monday through Friday for breakfast, lunch
and dinner, and Saturday and Sunday for breakfast and dinner. The
restaurant has a welcoming circular bar at the entrance with an
elegant dining room that is decorated in soft tones of coral and
seats 110. The wine list is International with selections available
by the glass, half and full bottle. There is an impressive selection
of single malts, blended Scotches, Cognacs and Armagnacs.
Bull Run Conference Center is
located on the second floor above the restaurant and features four
private banquet rooms perfect for corporate meetings and social
gatherings. Bull Run’s restaurant cuisine is featured at all
conference center functions.
